My experience with Loan      After years of hard working in the field of procurement management and long tired hours at work, I started thinking carefully about establishing my own project to be free and at the same time to invest my efforts and tiredness in a project that is mine through which I do not run the risk of ending my services or lack of appreciation after the trouble of years. I thought a lot about projects that could increase my income until I develop them, and the ability to leave work after that as an employee to become a successful business owner. I proposed several ideas to my friends, but I was met with scathing criticism and frustration, so the phrase "Others were smarter to make it happen!" was common to them. I do not deny that I felt frustrated at the time, but I believe that the path of a thousand miles begins with a step and that the path of success is tripped by obstacles and perhaps failure that deserves to be followed and exceed it to reach your desired goal. How many steps were stalled due to negative thought of the surrender and how many hopes were broken at the first obstacle! After years of working, I saved money, but I wanted to take a loan until the project is being established, so I went to several destinations, but the interest rate was high, along with the short duration of the loan fulfillment. I was disappointed, but I did not give up, and by chance, I was browsing social media and found a comment for one of the individuals on an investment company that provides loans, how easy it is to deal and the features of this company. When asked, I entered their Facebook page and then their site, and I found my request, distinguished facilities and ease in submitting the application, but I do not deny that I was hesitant and afraid for several reasons, including what if the project did not succeed? What if I can't pay back the loan on time and several questions have come to my mind. Then I talked to them on their website   I was surprised by their cooperation in advising me to do the best, and due to my lack of experience in doing feasibility studies, they led me to a company that specializes in doing feasibility studies for a nominal amount, which is Fredrick Holman business consultant company, to help me refine my idea for success. Then I founded my dream project which is a fast food restaurant in a great location. I did not only get a loan, but an integrated service that included helping me to obtain a feasibility study as well as marketing and technical advice that led me towards the right way in a literal way. Now, after six months of investing the loan, I feel proud and ambitious to develop it more and more. So my advice is to believe in success and to abandon the negative thoughts that could be put forward by those around you to frustrate you and destroy your dreams. Here comes Magus Investment, to achieve your goal and provide the necessary support.       تجربتي مع التمويل    بعد سنوات من عملي المضنية في مجال إدارة المشتريات وساعات العمل الطويلة المتعبة بدأت التفكير مليا في تأسيس مشروع خاص بي لأكون حراً طليقا  وفي نفس الوقت استثمر مجهودي وتعبي في مشروع يكون ملكي لا اتعرض من خلاله لخطر الاستغناء عن خدماتي او عدمالتقدير بعد عناء سنين.    فكرت كثيرا في المشاريع التي من الممكن ان تزيد دخلي  لحين تطويرها والقدرة على ترك العمل بعدها كموظف  لاصبح صاحب اعمال ناجح. طرحت عدة افكار على اصدقائي لكنني قوبلت بالانتقاد اللاذع والإحباط فكانت جملة " كان غيرك أشطر" هي المتداولة بينهم.  لا أنكر أنني شعرت بالإحباط حينها لكني أؤمن ان طريق الالف ميل يبدأ بخطوة وأن طريق النجاح يتخلله عقبات وربما فشل  يستحق المتابعة والقفز فوقه لتصل لهدفك المرجو. فكم من خطوات تعثرت بسبب سلبية الفكر والاستسلام وكم من آمال تحطمت عند أول عقبة!    بعد سنوات من العمل ادخرت مالاً لكني كنت ارغب بأخذ قرض حتى أقيم المشروع المراد تأسيسه فذهبت الى عدة جهات لكن نسبة الفائدة كانت كبيرة الى جانب قصر مدة ايفاء القرض. اصابني الاحباط لكني لم استسلم وعن طريق الصدفة وانا اتصفح  مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وجدت تعليقا لأحد  الافراد عن شركة استثمارية تقدم القروض ومدى سهولة التعامل ومميزات هذه  الشركة. وعند السؤال دخلت على صفحتهم على الفيسبوك ومن ثم موقعهم فوجدت مطلبي  تسهيلات مميزة وسهولة في تقديم الطلب لكن لا أنكر أنني كنت متردداً وخائفاً لعدة اسباب منها ماذا لو ان المشروع لم ينجح؟ وماذا لو لم استطع تسديد القرض في الوقت المناسب وعدة أسئلة  طرأت على بالي. حينها قمت بمحادثتهم عبر موقعهم  magus-investments.com تفاجأت بتعاونهم في اسداء النصح لي لعمل الافضل ونظرا لعدم خبرتي في عمل دراسات جدوى، قاموا بتحويلي  الى شركة متخصصة في عمل دراسات جدوى بمبلغ رمزي وهي شركة فريدرك هولمان لمساعدتي في صقل فكرتي لتحقيق النجاح. بعدها  قمت بتأسيس مشروعي الذي أحلم به وهو مطعم للمأكولات السريعة في موقع مميز. لم احصل فقط على قرض بل على خدمة متكاملة شملت  مساعدتي في الحصول على دراسة جدوى الى جانب استشارات تسويقية وتقنية قادتني نحو الطريق الصحيح بطريقة حرفية.   انا الآن وبعد ستة اشهر من استثمار القرض، اشعر بالفخر والطموح لتطويره أكثر فأكثر. لذا نصيحتي أن تؤمن  بالنجاح والتخلي عن الافكار السلبية التي من الممكن ان يطرحها من حولك لإحباط عزيمتك وتحطيم احلامك.    للكثيرين افكار عظيمة ومبتكرة تسهم في حل مشكلاتهم المادية وتحقيق ذاتهم في اطار الاستثمار والاعمال لكن  عائقهم الوحيد هو المال. هنا يأتي دور ماجوس للاستثمار لتحقيق هدفك وتقديم الدعم اللازم

أنا امرأة متزوجة ولدي أربعة أبناء، زوجي يعمل كمحاسب. أما أنا فخريجة تجارة لكني واجهت  العديد من الصعاب لكي أتمكن من إثبات الذات وإيجاد عمل يحقق طموحي ويدعمني ماديًا.    في يوم من الأيام وأنا أتسوق صدفت صديقتي من أيام الجامعة، وكان هذا اليوم هو النقطة  الفاصلة في حياتي كلها.  أخذنا الحديث عن الحياة وعما أقوم به حالياً فقلت لها  "لا شيء"  بكل بساطة فما كان منها إلا أن تشعل في داخلي قوة تحفيزية غريبة جعلتني آخذ جرعة من  السعادة والأمل.  نعم جرعة الأمل اسميتها ففي هذا اليوم دعتني الى ورشتها لتعليم الخياطة ومن هناك بدأ حلم تطوير الذات يتأجج في داخلي خاصة انني أحببت ما رأيت بما فيه الفائدة لي  بأن ابتكر أزيائي الخاصة وأزياء أطفال حتى أصبحت تصاميمي تعجب من حولي. الى ان  نصحتني احدى الصديقات ان افتح مشغلا للخياطة  ابتكر فيه تصاميمي واطرحها في الأسواق  لكن لم يكن لدي المبلغ الكافي لذلك، واتى الحل سريعا فقد زودتني باسم موقع إلكتروني يقدم المال اللازم لعمل مشروع كان زوجها قد اقترض منه لدعم مشروعه الخاص.    قدمت لهذه الشركة الاستثمارية ما يلزم من الأوراق والإثباتات الى جانب فكرة وتكلفة المشروع  ولن أتوانى عن ذكر اسمها لمافيه من فائدة لكل من يرغب في تحقيق طموحه وإثبات ذاته.  انها شركة ماجوس للاستثمار التي جعلت حلمي حقيقة.   I proved that I have the ability to achieve the impossible despite of the lack of money   I am a married woman with four children, my husband works as an accountant and has an average income that does not meet the increasing demands of life and has no ambition to develop. Yes, the dose of hope I called it.    On this day, she invited me to her workshop of teaching sewing, and from there the dream of self-development began to inflame inside me, especially that I liked what I saw, including the benefit for me, to create my own clothes and the costumes of my children until I started to become famous around.    Afterward a friend of mine advised me to open a sewing workshop, to creat my own designs and sell it to the market, but I did not have enough money for that, and the solution came quickly, as she provided me with the name of a website that provides the money needed to do a project that her husband had borrowed from them to support his own project.     I presented to this investment company the necessary papers and evidence in addition to the idea and cost of the project, and I will not hesitate to mention its name because of the benefit to everyone who wishes to achieve his ambition and prove himself.
